So excited for double release in July

Just a celebratory note to share with everyone: Untamed Rogue, Scandalous Mistress (featuring Crispin Ramsden, the last of the Ramsden Brothers) is out July 1 as is the Undone Short, "Arabian Nights with a Rake." Crispin makes a cameo appearance in this desert tale and I know everyone will love his friend, Alex Grayfield.

Creeping Back in.....Remember Me!?

I've been soooo delinquent in not dropping in here and posting so I wanted to stop over and say hello to everyone...and of course, to share some good news..

Like the wonderful Bronwyn Scott and Blythe Gifford, I'm a finalist for the RomCon's Readers' Crown Awards in the Best Short Historical category (actually a double-finalist, but I'll mention the HH one here) -- for my July 2009 release:

I am sooo excited to see this story nominated for an award! It's the first in my Knights of Brittany trilogy and I just loved writing about these three dark heroes and the women who lead them to love. And I'm very excited to see the second story, Brice's story - THE MERCENARY'S BRIDE out at the same time!

If anyone is coming to RomCon in Denver on July 9-11, please stop over and say hello....There's a huge booksigning and lots of fun workshops for attendees.... For more info, you can check out their website - http://www.romconinc.com/

I'll try to stop in more frequently... but checkout my website any time you want to find out more about my books and events.... http://www.terribrisbin.com/ Happy Summer and Happy Summer READING!

Are you a Cosmo girl?

I am! Look for the July issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, on newsstands now. You'll find a little article on page 138 called "Why You Love a Red-Hot Read." It shows five Harlequin covers, including HIS BORDER BRIDE! The story is about a survey of Harlequin romance titles that concluded they illustrate the importance of "commitment, reproduction, and financial resources." Hence, the importance of titles including "bride." Take a look!

Hi All,
I wanted to let readers and aspiring writers know that I'll be hosting 4 sessions on writing historial romance and what it takes to be a Mills and Boon author this summer in Dorset (Silton to be precise).

Sessions will be intimate with just 6 people per session. There will be some lovely luncheons provided and teas as well, along with plenty of time to discuss the state of historical romance, Mills and Boon and tips for writing successful historical romance. Bring along a manuscript or a WIP and we can work on it together!

Sessions costs 250 pounds. Dates are
Fri., Aug. 27-Sun., Aug. 29
Mon., Aug. 30-Wed., Sept. 1
Fri., Sept. 3-Sun., Sept. 5
Mon., Sept. 6-Wed., Sept. 8

I am looking forward to the trip and to working with new writers who are looking to break into the industry and with veteran writers looking to hone their skill or take on a new genre!
