This book bowled me over! It's a great adventure story, a moving love story, and I sweated with the hero/heroine every step up that snow-covered, blizzard-blasted mountain. The story involves a desperate rescue mission, a hardened outlaw with nothing to lose, and a spine-of-steel Irish lass you can't help admiring. I haven't read a historical in years that I liked as well as this one!
